⦁ Buyer Documents: $120 – $150

⦁ Standard Notarization: $15 per signature/document
⦁ Travel Fee for Roseville/ Rocklin is $40, and anything outside these two cities up to 45 miles is $60
Living Trusts Full Package Fee
1 Trustee: $175, including travel Fee. ($40 up to 10 miles, and $50 if more than 10 miles)
2 Trustees: $250, including travel Fee. ($35 up to 10 miles, and $50 if more than 10 miles)
At Placer County Notary Services, we are certified and approved by the California Secretary of State to offer Apostille services:
⦁ $199 per 1st apostille + $100 each additional apostille (includes notary fees if needed) and $50 SOS state fees. Payments are at the time of service, and we accept Cash, Zelle, Money Orders, and Credit Cards.
If we are to ship your document to a foreign country, there will be an additional shipping cost. Additional services and fees may apply depending on the complexity and time requirements of the notarization process.
