STEP 1: EXAMINE YOUR DOCUMENTS

We will review them carefully to ensure that your documents meet state requirements, are fully completed,  and contain accurate information. This includes verifying that all blank areas are filled in and that dates and names are correct. 

We also provide Grand Deed Notary services to our clients.

STEP 2: VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY

We require a valid photo ID to verify your identity and ensure that you act of your own free will and fully understand the process. Acceptable forms of identification include:
⦁ California driver’s license, ID, or Senior ID
⦁ Driver’s license from another US state
⦁ US passport
⦁ Canadian or Mexican driver’s license
⦁ Foreign passport stamped by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)
These ID cards must be current or issued within the last five years.   If you do not have one of the above forms of identification, please contact us to discuss alternative options.

STEP 3: RECORD & COMPLETE THE CERTIFICATE

Upon completing the notarization process and taking the appropriate oaths, we will keep a record of the notarization and your identification, signature, and thumbprint on file. We will finalize the notarial certificate by affixing our seal and return your complete notarized documents to you.
